The flat racing season is now upon us and HCE Racing Tips are offering their pay service free for the entire flat season. This opportunity is designed to give those interested the opportunity to judge the worth of the full service totally free of charge. HCE tips are provided by Tony and Jason Coote, who have a history of success in their niche of betting solely on two year olds running over the flat season. They have been published in both the Sporting Life and Racing Ahead magazine (here) and offer a unique outlook to betting.

We’ve joined forces with (OFFER CLOSED) to offer you free tips by email and / or SMS at the start of the 2010 flat season. The 2010 season is going to see a continuation of the free service, as well as the introduction of a pay service which will offer a more comprehensive approach with many more tips being delivered over the course of the flat racing season.
